It’s not uncommon to witness already strong players who have excelled in Kungens Kanna & Drottningens Pris go on to have flourishing careers. Mark Ceban is a great example of this trend.

The 13-year-old Brit managed to reach the Last Eight Club in both 2022 and 2023. During his first year at the Stockholm tournament, he fought his way to the quarterfinals, and the following year, he advanced to the semifinals. Prior to his second visit to the Royal Tennis Club, Ceban secured two major titles in Bolton at The Junior International Bolton and in Les Petits As. He became the second British player since 1998 to be crowned champion in Tarbes, France. To say the least, the British sensation had a strong start to the year, and it doesn’t end there.

In July, it was time for Wimbledon. In the under 14 category, Mark Ceban was one of the 16 players to play the prestigious tournament. A combination of support from his home crowd, an abundance of determination, plenty of talent, and hard work paved the way for the Brit to capture his first-ever Wimbledon title.

Currently, he holds the No. 1 ranking in the Under 14 category and is ranked No. 38 in the Under 16 category. Judging by his performance, this is just the beginning for the young Brit, and we eagerly anticipate following his promising career.
