The players delivered impressive performances, and the battle for the semifinal spots was intense.

The boys’ quarterfinals kicked off the day, and the first to secure a place in the semifinals was Yurii Stoliarov from Ukraine after a solid performance. Mikael Lehtinen from Finland followed up with a convincing victory, and Akhmadi Makhanov from Kazakhstan showed composure and calmness when he defeated the second-seeded Rafael Pagonis. Last but not least, Samuel Dakessian from France stepped up with great energy and several clenched fists, taking him all the way to the semifinals.

The girls’ quarterfinals continued with just as much drama. Top-seeded Darina Matvejeva from Latvia lived up to expectations and won impressively. Sofiia Bielinska from Ukraine also showed her strength and advanced to the semifinals. The winner of Les Petits As, Ekaterina Dotsenko, secured her place among the final four, and after a tough battle and a lot of determination, Zeliha Nil Çukurluoglu from Turkey grabbed the last semifinal spot by defeating Sweden’s Grace Bernstein.

But the day didn’t end there. The doubles semifinals have also been decided, and we now have the finalists confirmed for both the boys’ and girls’ categories. It has been a joy to follow these talented young players here at the Royal Tennis Hall, and their performances are truly impressive.
