Ahead of this weekend’s start of this year’s edition of Kungens Kanna & Drottningens Pris, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our members who volunteer as officials. Your dedication and support are invaluable in ensuring that the tournament runs as smoothly as possible.

Dedicated officials gathered at the Royal Tennis Hall for an officiating meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that everyone involved in the tournament organization is well-prepared for their tasks when the first qualifying rounds begin on Saturday, February 22.

The officials play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the tournament. They provide practical assistance at the Players Desk, where they coordinate practice courts and distribute tennis balls, while also creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Players Lounge by offering refreshments and snacks. Additionally, they serve as Off Court Umpires, acting as match hosts and ensuring that matches are conducted according to schedule with all necessary preparations in place.

Without the officials’ efforts, the tournament would not be possible. Kungens Kanna & Drottningens Pris is one of Europe’s most prestigious junior tournaments, and this year’s lineup clearly reflects its high status. Among the participants are many top 20 players, confirming that we attract Europe’s absolute best juniors.

Now, we look forward to an exciting week filled with world-class tennis, and we wish all officials, spectators, players, and coaches a successful tournament!
